Message from the Chairman:
 As
the chairman of the Arizona Latino Republican Association (ALRA) I would
like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the official ALRA website.
ALRA was established in 2002 with the mission of fostering the principles
of the Republican Party in Arizona's Latino community with the goal of creating
an empowered network of Republican Latino leaders and grassroots activists.
The Arizona Latino community has gone much too long without a conservative voice. Now, with the creation of ALRA, and the continued support of our members, the Arizona Latino community can take our place in the Republican Party. As the Chairman of ALRA it is my goal to see that qualified Republican Latinos are appointed to high level political posts at all levels of government. I will work diligently to make sure that Arizona's Latinos have a forum to take an influential role in local, state and national political activities. Furthermore, ALRA will be a source of policy advisement on issues that will affect the Latino community in Arizona. Lastly, I will see that ALRA acts as the Latino arm of Arizona's Republican Party.
Keeping our members informed and educated on the issues is the only way that our objectives can be met. The ALRA website will make it possible for us to consistently communicate with our members keeping them informed on the group's participation in local, state and national political activities, not to mention educate members on policy issues that the group is tracking in all levels of government.
In summation, I would like to extend my gratitude to each of our members. Fellow members, I commend you for taking this step. I ask now, that you continue to take an active role in ALRA.
